Hi! I’m Lucy McMahon, an Advertising major with an Art minor at the University of Oregon. This portfolio is a collection of my favorite works, pieces that showcase my creativity, experimentation, and passion.
For me, art is all about versatility. I don’t have a single favorite medium because I love the variety. I enjoy sewing, embroidery, crochet, and beadwork for their intricate detail, drawing and painting for their expressive freedom, and sculpture for its physical, hands-on nature. I’m drawn to the energy of graffiti and the way photography captures fleeting moments.
What excites me most is combining different mediums, like mixing textiles with paint or layering photography with sculpture, to find new ways to bring ideas to life. Art isn’t just something I do; it’s what keeps me grounded and inspire
